Athletic background: Ran
for Pontiac Northern from 1984-1987 in X-country and Track. Times
were 1:59 800m, 4:29 mile, 9:50 2mile
Ran for Oakland Community College from 1987-1989 X-country and Track
Club. Times were 26:50 8k, 4:24 mile, 1:58 800m, 4:01 1500m.
Received a scholarship to run for Northwest Missouri State
University from 1989-1992. X-country times were 25:45 8k, 33:10 10k,
and in track 4:12 mile, 1:52 800m 2:29 1000m, 3:54 1500m 9:33 3000m
steeple chase and 15:30 5000m
Comments:
Qualified for NCAA DIV
II in mile provisionally and Automatic in 800m, competed in the 800m
and ran a 1:51 to take 7th place and received an "All American"
status.
Currently I am 32 years
old and my times on the roads are: 15:33 5k, 26:20 8k, 33:10 10k,
44:00 8 mile, 54:50 10 mile, 1:14 1/2 marathon, 2:44 marathon and
4:54 50k Ultra(Dances With Dirt)
