Background
Ran cross country and track at Plymouth-Canton High School from 1992-1996.  Was a class A qualifer in cross country in '95-96 and in track (3200m) in '95.

Attended University of Detroit-Mercy from 1996-2000.  Was a
varsity runner all four years of cross country and track.  Was part of the an MCC conference chapionship indoor team in the winter of 2000. 
My PB's are 3200m-9:48, 5000m-15:48(indoors) 10,000m 32:57.  half
marathon-1:14.30,
